Hey! My name is Chloe, I’m a Hairstylist and Beauvoir Extension Ambassador at La Femme Beauty Lounge in Pearland TX specializing in Blondes, Lived-in Color, and Extensions. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your time is important to me, and I truly value the opportunity to work with you. To ensure I can accommodate all clients effectively, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of your appointment. All appointments MUST be confirmed 24 hours before set appointment time or the appointment will be cancelled. • No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice(Before 24 Hours), you will be required to pay for 25% of the previous missed appointment prior to booking any services in the future. • Excessive Late Cancellations & No shows: If client excessively cancels late (less then 24 hours) or no shows with no notice will no longer be allowed to pre book in advance for future appointments and will be on a “walk in” basis • Grace Period: I allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Please understand that these policies are in place to respect both my time and the time of other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
