CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your time is important to me, and I truly value the opportunity to work with you. To ensure I can accommodate all clients effectively, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of your appointment. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a 25% charge of the total service price. • No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 50% of the total service price and you will no longer be allowed to book in advance for future appointments • Grace Period: I allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Please understand that these policies are in place to respect both my time and the time of other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
